Q: How can I purchase online with WrightsAutoSupplies.co.uk?
A: You can shop via our categories of products. Shopping with us really is that easy! Once you have decided on your product you want, simply click the “Add To Cart” button and this will save it into your shopping cart, when you are happy with the contents of your shopping cart, click the big “Checkout” button on the right of the page, this will guide you through the steps to checkout and make a payment.

Q: Do you store my personal details?
A: We have to store some of your personal details for shipping information and also so that we can make your shopping experience more efficient should you shop with us again in the future as you will just have to enter your email and password and your address details will be populated for you. You have our complete commitment here at WrightsAutoSupplies.co.uk to endeavor to keep your personal details safe and secure, and rest assured, we will NEVER pass on your personal details to any other third party.

Q: Is it safe to shop online with my credit/debit card?
A: Here at Wrights Auto Supplies, we have chosen to put your customer safety at the forefront of our strategy, therefore we choose not to process your card details or hold any or your card details in house but to use the most respected and well known payment processing provided called Worlpay and PayPal. Once you have chosen your products and entered your shipping details, you are passed to the WorldPay Gateway or your PayPal account which is a 100% encrypted and secure server where you can enter your card details. This is then processed and we recieve a response from WorldPay to whether the transaction was sucessful or not. As such, our servers and our employees NEVER EVER get to see any of your card details.

Q: How will my delivery arrive and what time?
A: Smaller items will be sent via Royal Mail and will arrive with your normal post delivery. For larger items we use couriers. Couriers operate from 7am to 8pm for domestic addresses and upto 5pm for business addresses.

Q: How long will my order take to reach me?
A: This will depend on the time you order the goods. 99% of orders will arrive next day (depending on stock availability) meaning you can be enjoying your new products and putting them to use as soon as possible!

Q: How do I create an account?
A: The easiest way to shop and create an account it to place items into your cart, and then checkout. During checkout, if you have an account you can log back to save you having to re-enter your details, if you are a new customer then you can create your new account from here, its as easy as that.

Q: What if my order items are damaged during delivery?
A: No problem! Just inform us within 48 hours of recieving the items and take a quick photo, we will dispatch a replacement product to you and use the photo you send us as evidence to reclaim the value back from the shipping company.

Q: How can I track the status of my order?
A: You can login to your account section from here you are able to view/amend your personal details, check the staus of any payments against the order, check the dispatch status and check the shipping companies tracking status to tell you the location of your order once it has left our warehouse.

Q: Can I return the product if its not what I expected?
A: Absolutely. We have a no quibble policy on returns, you can send us any item back, however you will have to pay the return postage to obtain a full refund and for obvious reasons, we are unable to accept any items which have been opened.
