We are happy to ship worldwide. If you wish to have your goods shipped outside the UK simply enter your address at the checkout and you will be able to choose from the shipping options available. Please note all orders in the EU need to be a minimum of £135.00 below that amount contact us, as we can do orders below £135.00 through our eBay shop.
Goods are usually shipped the same day for orders made before 2pm Monday to Friday. After 2pm orders are sent the next day. In the Unlikely event that we are out of stock of an item we can usually restock for the following working day. If there are any problems with your order we will contact you either by phone or email.

Royal Mail Deliveries
Royal Mail do not always leave a card at your delivery address and will hold on to the package at the sorting office for up to 2 weeks before returning it to us, therefore please check with your neighbours that they haven’t delivered to them and contact your local sorting office before contacting us. Royal Mail do not class a package as lost until 15 working days after dispatch and we cannot resend a package until this time has elapsed. If you have not received anything after 15 working days from the dispatch date, please contact us. In most cases we will resend your order. Orders sent to Europe (not UK) can take up to 20 working days. Orders sent outside of the EU can take up to 25 working days.
Courier Deliveries
We use Yodel for all our UK courier deliveries. Yodel will collect an order from us the same day if the order is placed before 10am, otherwise they will collect from us the next day. Again this will depend on stock availability. Please be aware that Yodel do not always deliver on Saturdays or Sundays, for example: an order placed at 9am on a Friday for a 24 Hour Yodel Delivery may not reach the customer until the following Monday.
